EMANT CONSULTANTS, SC (“EMANT”), LOCATED AT TECOYOTITLA 412, EX HACIENDA DE GUADALUPE CHIMALISTAC, ÁLVARO OBREGÓN, MEXICO CITY, 01050, IS THE ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FOR OFFERING AND PROVIDING ITS SERVICES. EMANT HEREBY INFORMS YOU ABOUT THIS PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PURPOSES OF:
I. Complying with the Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“Personal Data Law”), its Regulations, and the Guidelines applicable to the privacy policy; and
II. Informing you clearly and transparently about how your personal data is processed and what your rights are regarding its processing.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform our clients and prospective clients of the purposes for which we may collect personal data, as well as to obtain their prior consent in the case of processing their data. EMANT may collect personal data when a prospective client requests our services, is interested in getting to know us, as well as the services we offer and/or for as long as they are our client.
The personal data collected from our clients and prospects through various means, including physical and digital, will be utilized to deliver the services that EMANT offers. These services are specifically commissioned to us by the client or prospect in question, as well as to integrate them into our internal records to send information of interest and news regarding the provision of our services, unless our client or prospect indicates otherwise, and for administrative and billing purposes. Beyond this Privacy Policy, EMANT enters into confidentiality agreements with its clients and prospects to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the information provided to us for our service provision. To fulfill these purposes, we typically require the following personal data: identification and contact data such as full name, address, email, and telephone; professional, economic, financial, or property data; legal data; tax data for billing purposes; any other data related to the line of business, necessary and linked to the services offered by EMANT.

Under Article 37 of the Personal Data Law, we do not require consent from our clients and prospects to share their data when it is necessary for the execution or conclusion of a contract, or in their interest. We may also share your data with affiliated consulting companies related to EMANT and unrelated third parties such as service providers, with the exclusive purpose of assisting or cooperating with EMANT in the provision of its services, unless our clients or prospects tell us otherwise. In such cases, in terms of article 68 of the Regulations of the Personal Data Law and article 36 of said law, you expressly consent and authorize any transfer of your personal data that EMANT makes to said companies. EMANT guarantees that transfers made for these purposes will always comply with the provisions of articles 36 of the Personal Data Law and 68 of the Rules of the Personal Data Law.
We implement robust legal and security measures to protect, maintain the confidentiality of, and ensure the integrity of your personal data, thereby restricting access to unauthorized individuals. Also, EMANT partners, our employees, representatives, subcontractors, consultants, and/or third parties involved in any phase of the processing of your personal data will maintain confidentiality with respect to them, an obligation that will subsist until after the relationship between said people ends.
At any time, you can exercise your ARCO Rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and objection to data processing, limit its use or disclosure, or revoke consent) by emailing contacto@emant.mx; by sending your request, you authorize EMANT to respond by this same means within the next twenty business days.
